All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes during normal banking hours (08:00 - 20:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays until the next business day. v87com is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment processor.
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. VIP players may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
v87com does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your v87com account are from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity. v87com reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawals are available via Indonesian bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other major banks, as well as e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The bank account or e-wallet must be registered in your name and match the name on your v87com account.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for fully verified accounts during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-20:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks. VIP members enjoy priority processing with typical completion under 15 minutes.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction: Rp 50,000,000 for bank transfers; Rp 20,000,000 for e-wallets. Daily withdrawal limits: Rp 200,000,000 for standard accounts, with higher limits available for VIP tiers.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete full KYC verification. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. v87com reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Bonuses and promotions are offered at v87com's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. You must read and accept the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or playthrough) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (slots typically 100%, live casino and table games may contribute less).
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, low-risk betting strategies (e.g., covering multiple outcomes), or any activity intended to guarantee profit without genuine gambling risk. v87com employs sophisticated fraud detection systems. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.
When playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per bet/spin for slots, Rp 100,000 for sports bets). Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus wagering is in progress will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
All players must play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Each game offered by v87com has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and betting options. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before playing. Game rules are available within each game interface. In case of dispute, the English version of the rules shall prevail.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical glitch, all affected bets and game plays are void. v87com's liability is limited to refunding the original stake of affected bets. Winnings resulting from malfunctions will not be honored.

During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will not be able to access v87com Services. Self-exclusion is taken seriously and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Upon termination, your account will be closed and access to the Services will be revoked. v87com reserves the right to forfeit any funds in your account if termination resulted from your breach of these Terms. If termination was not due to your fault, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and disputed amounts) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. You agree that disputes with v87com will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims on a class action, consolidated, or representative basis.
